Shipping Methods and Cost

Jíbaro uses United States Postal Service (USPS) to mail all packages. The shipping rate is determined by USPS per the size and weight of your order. You are charged exactly what it costs to mail your order, we do not make a profit from your shipping payment. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Orders shipped to Puerto Rico take on average 4-7 business days to be delivered, after the order has prepared. Orders shipped to the US take on average 3-6 business days to be delivered, after the order has prepared. We do our best to prepare and ship all orders within 48hrs after the order is placed.

Tracking a Package

After placing your order, you will receive a receipt and an email confirmation. You will also receive an email with your tracking number when your order ships.

Orders ship on business days, Monday through Friday (excluding US Holidays).
